Brand identity and website for the start-up that aims to be cruise control for landlords
Overview
Condoo leverages technology to empower professional managers, maintenance technicians, and leasing agents for condo landlords with as few as one unit. They are a start-up based in Canada that's service aims to be "cruise control for landlords."

Our design thinking
Condoo's brief was relatively straightforward; they wanted a modern, sleek, functional brand, website, and Web app. When it came to branding, we had a clear idea of what we wanted the Condoo brand to show, something simplified but with strong visual interest. The brand's primary colours are white and black, but we utilised their green as a pop of colour and kept the balance between a professional but exciting experience. We complemented the paired-down layout with bespoke isometric illustrations and architectural designs.
Finished product
The result is an impactful rebrand, logo, brand identity and website design. We made sure all of our designs scaled to mobile devices and the website flow was clean. The rebrand is still rolling out to the public, and we can't wait to see what they accomplish!
