Paying school fees can be a complicated process - especially if you're from overseas; currency conversion and bank holds add obstacles for both institutions and parents. Esenda is a start-up that offers a solution for school fee collection. They are a product for Institutions to centralise their payment system, so paying and receiving school fees is faster and easier than ever. Their service goes farther than their competitors because they are less expensive, quicker, and utilise cutting-edge technology to integrate into your school's billing and accounting system for automatic payments. They offer collections from over 60 different countries in 37 currencies and offer features such as payment chasing for late dues.
Our design thinking
As a start-up - our goal with Esenda was to make their launch as impactful as possible. Their current website needed a coherent and impactful design system to represent how seamlessly their product operates. After a company-wide "sketch session" - or focused brainstorming, we presented the client with various visual solutions for the new website direction. Ultimately, we decided to go for a sleek and dynamic style utilising their core brand colours with gradients. As with any product involving moving money, ensuring users trust is vital, so we created a series of infographics and emphasised the safety measures Esenda has in place.
