Innovative design to break down business + client communication with Fuzey
Overview
We worked with a new B2B (business to business) startup on creating their first release product. Conceived to help companies to improve their sales funnels and follow-ups, Fuzey is a B2B SaaS (Software as a service) product that allows its users to communicate directly with their clients. Effortlessly integrating into SMS, email, Whatsapp and Facebook, Fuzey allows seamless communication across any industry before, during and after a sale. We worked with the founders to establish the new product and visual style from the ground up.
"Our favourite part of this project was working on our own versions of ubiquitous UI features such as messaging and calendars. It allowed us to really research best practices and how the industry leaders do things before cherry-picking our favourite parts!"
Our design thinking
We took inspiration from leading tech companies regarding colour and typography direction. We researched tech megastars for the features such as lead tracking, messaging, and calendars to see what is most successful. Also trusted on our previous experience designing similar flows for different industries.
Finished product
We worked with Fuzey for over a year, designing the new UX and UI flows for their product features and marketing website. We defined their brand and UI style direction and assisted their development team with building a rich feature set. The result is a fully responsive product designed with user simplicity in mind.
