Our design thinking
We wanted to honour all the emotions of Loveholidays users in order to optimise their experience of the digital assets. Primarily safety, trust, excitement and relaxation led the way. Next we focused on how the visuals should look. We put ourselves in the minds of their target clientele - primarily UK based holiday makers. Everyone knows a Brit loves to holiday somewhere with sandy warm beaches and clear blue skies. We also got strategic and did research and analysis of their current structure compared with competitors - Shoreditch Design made some suggestions of how we could push their design past the competition.
Finished product
Here at Shoreditch Design, we focus on a client's complete experience of Loveholidays services, from when they book to when they walk back in their front door. We Collaborated with their in-house design & development team to refine their user experience and create a series of informational FAQ posts for social media. We also participated in design sprints - or collaborative visual brainstorming. In addition to helping draw new customers in, Shoreditch helped improve the overall experience of Loveholidays services. In the end, SDS helped provide snappy & successful marketing assets to boost the booking experience of their services.
