Overview
OddsJam is an innovative solution designed by Stanford engineers to identify mathematically profitable betting opportunities. It uses the fastest real-time data to help users beat the books. With significant earnings on offer, OddsJam required an interface that was as smart as the science behind it to attract new subscribers.
We've worked with OddsJam for years on the design and testing of their product. We strive to keep OddsJam up to date and constantly improve by evolving the consistent component library and refining clear and direct user flows.
Our design thinking
We updated the UI to give it a sleek, contemporary appearance that increased excitement and made it simple to identify the best bets to place. This was achieved by switching the platform's default colour system to dark mode. By opting for dark mode, we prioritised user comfort, aesthetic appeal, and thematic alignment, ultimately enriching the overall user experience of the platform.
Simplicity was a key factor as this app uses high levels of complex information. We needed to make sure the user journey through the app was easy to use and navigate through. Our approach incorporated principles of usability and accessibility to deliver a seamless and engaging experience.
Finished product
The introduction of dark mode was a popular choice among users, increasing user engagement and brand consistency. The intuitive design elements and seamless navigation pathways allowed smoother interactions, resulting in higher engagement with the platform.
