Overview
Played helps community sports facilities organise and centralise their operations. They help sports centres launch their "online storefront," handles the bookings and calendars, and boost their revenue through marketing. Its mission is to make it easier than ever to get up and active, especially for those who don't already. They take their tagline "Powering Participation" to all areas of their product, from finding and booking a class and supporting local fitness centres.
The team at Shoreditch Design Studio smashed our project. Within a short timeframe Jakob and the rest of the team were able to provide us with a dramatically improved product which exceeded expectations. It was a really collaborative process which suited us perfectly. Highly recommend.
Our design thinking
Played called in Shoreditch to design their product and website, a job we were happy to do! They were after a consistent and straightforward system to simplify business analytics for their user base. Empowering centres to run their businesses without complicated excel documents or hiring an extra person. We helped visually develop the Played platform to visually take care of the business and bookings by adding colour-coded graphs and pages with a clear flow.
