Overview
RailsRocket gives people with an idea for an App but no coding experience and the tools and framework to build a functional app from scratch. Like Squarespace, it empowers those with a business or product to build things themselves. The no-code SaaS & business app builder RailsRocket is an easy-to-use, no-code platform for creating custom business apps backed by actual Rails code. We've helped them with both their website and pitch decks to increase funding.

Our design thinking
In a design sprint that lasted only a few days, the team at shoreditch came up with a landing page and an MVP product. We kept the design clean and neat, so we employed their vibrant purple and some other strong colours to keep things interesting. As a software development tool, we wanted to stray from the framework of traditional developer tools, which can feel overly serious and boring. So we designed the tool to be colourful and fun for the user to enjoy their app-building experience.
Finished product
As a start-up initiative, our work with RailsRocket has helped launch into the market with a strong visual presence. Our pitch deck designs were used for investor pitches, which enabled the start-up to secure more funding for its next stage. As App + UI/UX Designers, it's great to see a product like RailsRocket open the doors to businesses and individuals without the resources to hire an external agency. We love to see the impact our designs make with start-ups and look forward to seeing the company grow!
