RegTrail fills a necessary gap in the market - providing curated regulatory news & insights for the energy and commodity community. The web platform aims to deliver the most important news to your email to save you time and offer convenience. They keep you up to date and ensure you get the complete picture of regulator updates from hundreds of sources.
The founder of RegTrail reached out to us to develop a platform that aesthetically and functionally met their mission of creating an accessible and intuitive platform. Our primary goal was to craft a direct user route and experience.
Our design thinking
The client turned to our expertise in establishing effective communication with the target customer. Therefore, our objective was to research the user path's best possibilities. First, we worked out the user flow and architecture of the product's experience. Then we developed a visual style and palette reflecting a clean, clear, forward-thinking product. After deciding on the core visual elements, geometric solid shapes featuring a subtle blue gradient and glass morphic icons, we expanded these elements into a fully-fledged design system and applied them to the low-fidelity screens.

The end product empowers the user by delivering custom-tailored insights to their inbox.
We guided the client in selecting the most crucial scenarios throughout the user journey design stage and concentrated on these components in the design. The platform is user-friendly, intelligible, and visually appealing. Without sacrificing the integrity of the user path, we added several intriguing graphical solutions. The client claims that many consumers wanted to embrace the platform's new format right away during the design phase.
