Overview

Responsibly is an automated supplier data and evaluation platform based in Copenhagen with a global outreach. The world has had a massive push towards more sustainable and ethical resourcing; Responsibly has created a service for buyers to evaluate each supplier in one place. Their service gives transparency on supply chains, providing updated ratings and statistics on their performance in terms of environmental impact, diversity, human rights, and financial risk. The product had a solid mission and needed a website and digital product design to ensure its success in a competitive market.

Our design thinking

With such a large amount of complex and vital data to break down visually, we needed to develop an intelligent solution to deliver the data. This was the perfect challenge for our experienced team to utilise visual elements so that the user is not overwhelmed by data .We worked responsibly to re-design their product, crafting a clean, easily digestible dashboard and sub-pages through efficient UX and UI. We also re-designed and built their website, including custom infographics and animations to articulate the product clearly.

The result has been a successful boost in Responsibly's customer base, and the website and product we designed are still in use today. At Shoreditch we appreciate working on projects that aim for a more sustainable and ethical future in business, so we enjoyed our contribution to Responsibly's service.
