Overview
Brodo is an American food & drinks company that offers the most delicious, nutritious broth on the planet. Founded in 2014 in New York and sold across the US, Brodo is America's leading broth company. We were lucky enough to be tasked with redesigning their e-commerce site from the ground up.
Our design thinking
We wanted to position Brodo as a wellness and healthy living proposition, so we took the time to create assets that explained the ingredients and the benefits. We took inspiration from their vibrant packaging. Using a light colour palette and repeatable patterns, we helped create a welcoming landing page. We were particularly interested in increasing sales and conversion on the UX front, especially for their mix-and-match package options.
Finished product
Over a swift month, we took the basic wireframes and turned them into dev-ready prototypes. Focusing on e-commerce best practices to increase conversion,we helped Brodo diversify its offeringin a short time and boost its online sales. We designed a subscription-based model, which enabled them to get a footing in the new sales approach favoured by wellness companies.
